Cushman & Wakefield’s Caroline Fleischer and Michael Feuerman represented the company in leasing a 14,343-square-foot lease at 3111 N. University Drive, known as University Place at City Center. Butters Construction & Management’s Darcie Lunsford and Molly McDonoughrepresented the landlord, a partnership between Butters and Bristol Group.
